The Level 2 Certificate in Spectator Safety is the next stage in developing your staff. Our team of assessors will need access to your workforce whilst they are being deployed across your operation (we are happy for our staff to undertake induction/accreditation for your sites). Be assured, that our assessors are non-intrusive and will not move your staff from their designated areas without prior consent or if they notice an immediate risk which needs to be addressed. The Level 2 Certificate is the next step for the frontline stewards to achieve the national occupation standards. For specialist stewarding roles, you can combine this with our qualifications in Fire Safety, Conflict Management, Our suite of SIA qualifications, front of stage pit barrier or other qualifications.

security/counter-terrorism awareness training
Once you’re working with Arena, we will advise you on the latest sector trends and offer additional qualifications based on the needs of your workforce and the business direction. We will carry out Impact assessments and offer advice on specialist modules. Examples include but aren’t limited to Safeguarding; Equality, Diversity & Inclusion; PREVENT; Customer Service; Interpersonal Skills.
