We’ve put together a list of Frequently Asked Questions or common concerns to help to answer some of the questions you may have either before you start, during or after your learning journey has finished.
Your results will be issued within 4 weeks. Results will be uploaded to your online results checker and you will receive a text message once they are available to view.
You will find your courses within the User Area in the top right corner of the webpage. Here you will see an option for Training Ground. Your online courses will be available here. If you are not logged in to your user account, the course landing page will state that you are not enrolled onto any courses.
Please note: Once a module assessment has been submitted a tutor will aim to mark the EMA within 48 working hours. The progress percentage will only increase once the module has been marked. You can continue working through the rest of the modules before receiving feedback.
If you have clicked “Save & Next” when completing an EMA but have not yet finished answering, you should always click the “resume” button, before answering any further questions. Please ensure you use the resume button to avoid overriding any previous answers.
Please ensure you have completed the online modules for your Spectator Safety Certificate and the ACT Awareness course, otherwise your certificate cannot be claimed from the awarding body.
Once you have been assessed in the workplace and your online modules are complete your certificate will be claimed from the awarding body and issued within 4-6 weeks.
Depending on which awarding body you have gone through will depend on where your certificate will be sent. Please speak to your course tutor at the beginning of your course to agree on how best to share your certificates upon successful completion.
