The purpose of this commitment is to provide an effective framework for bringing Arena Learnings’ devotion to creating a sustainable society to fruition. This involves protecting and enhancing, when possible, the company’s social, environmental, and economic impacts, preventing pollution, alleviating social inequality, and stimulating sustainable economic growth as we transition to a low-carbon future.

Furthermore, those involved in procuring goods and services have an obligation to consider social values that align with our sustainability goals. Specific commitments and procedures govern some activities within the scope of this commitment to ensure the realisation of its objectives.

Arena Learning is a national private training provider collaborating with various partners with an emphasis to educate, stimulate business growth, generate jobs, and enhance the lives of local residents and communities in those regions. Arena Learning acknowledges that our activities have extensive and interconnected influences on the economy, environment, and society.

To accomplish our sustainability objectives, Arena Learning recognises the necessity of and is committed to communicating these goals to our suppliers, employees, clients, and wider stakeholders. We do this through our procurement processes and existing communication channels, including the business plan, intranet, newsletters, team briefings, and staff induction processes.
This commitment and its associated actions will be reviewed annually as part of the business planning process, involving Arena Learnings senior leadership and management teams, with final ratification from the Arena Learning Directors and Governors.
